Order canceling:

Dear customer if you want to cancel your order after checkout, you can do that within 24 hours while your order is in processing period, you should contact us very quickly via our email help@halaistanbulfashion.com so we can cancel it and refund the money to you through the method of payment that you have used.

In case you want to cancel your order after 24 hours of your order completion or after your order has been shipped to you, we are sorry that we cannot cancel it in this case and you should read about Return Policy below.

Return Policy:

Dear customer if you want to return your order after receiving it, there are two cases:

1- In case you want to change color or size of the product you can do that within maximum period of 10 days but you have to pay shipping costs, repackage it exactly as it was then send it to us. We are going to check it carefully and be sure it is not damaged, so we can refund your money through the payment method that you have used, and you should place a new order from our website.

2- In case you want to return the product because it is not the same variations that you have chosen like we send you different color or size, and it was obvious that we did send you another product, within maximum period of 10 days you can return it and in this case it is our mistake and we take the whole responsibility, you only should fill out the Return form in your invoice and repackage the item carefully and deliver it to shipping company to us, we will pay shipping costs and when we receive it a refund is going to be processed to you through the payment method that you have used.

-You should be sure that the product repacked carefully and it is under your responsibility till it reaches us, in case we receive a damaged product we are sorry that we are going to send it back to you and you cannot receive a refund in this case.

-The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

– We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
